Agreement
I hereby agree to the terms of this agreement (“Agreement”) regarding my use of the “IRIAM Chara Checker” service ( “Service”) provided by IRIAM Inc. (“IRIAM”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have such meanings as assigned to same under the “Terms of Service for User,” “Broadcaster Program Terms,” and “User Guidelines” (collectively, “Original Agreements”).
- I have an IRIAM account to use the Service.
- The Service is a part of the “IRIAM Service” defined in the Original Agreements, and I agree to be subject to the Original Agreements in my use of the Service.
- This Agreement constitutes Additional Terms as defined in the Terms of Service for User.
- If I violate the Original Agreements or this Agreement, IRIAM may limit, suspend, deny and/or delete my access or use of the IRIAM Service.
- I will not upload any content to the Service that violates the Original Agreements.
- Even if the content I upload to the Service functions on the Service, there is no guarantee that such content will function as intended on the live streaming portion of the IRIAM Service. IRIAM shall not be liable for any damages in connection to such content.
Agreement Regarding Use of Co-Editing Function
I hereby agree to the following terms regarding my use of the feature that enables a third party (“Collaborator”) to edit my content via a link through the Service (“Co-Editing Function”).
- I am responsible for resolving any and all disputes or problems that may arise with a Collaborator or other third parties as a result of using the Co-Editing Function for my IRIAM account, and agree that IRIAM will not be responsible for any such problem.
- Collaborator shall be subject to the same obligations that I am subject to under this Agreement and the Original Agreements. Any act, or failure to act, by the Collaborator that is inconsistent with my obligations under the Original Agreement and this Agreement shall be considered a breach by me of the Original Agreement and this Agreement.
- I am responsible for maintaining the security of any information, including personal information, that that Collaborator may have through the Co-Editing Function. IRIAM is not responsible for any disclosure of such information to any Collaborator or third party through use of the Co-Editing Function.
